How do I generate revenue if I am a landlord?

When you call or email us with your property we will do a site survey and if we feel that it is a good space for advertising we will send you a proposal and offer you an annual rent or a profit share opportunity.

 How do I know my site is good for advertising?

There are some general questions that you can ask yourself to determine your property is suitable for advertising, what location it is at?  Is it a busy area? How many people will be able to see the advertisement? How good is the visibility of the area from a distance? If you are unsure, you can always contact us with the property details and we will be able to guide you.

Which are the sites with good visibility?

How long is the term of the partnership agreement?
The term depends on mutual consensus and is tailored to meet both the owner and advertising company’s best interests in which both the landlord and advertiser can generate revenue. In most cases the term for static billboard is from 5 upto12 years and for digital billboard from 12 upto 20 years, scaffold banner advertising ranges from 3 months to more depending on the development plan of the land.

Do I need planning permission? If yes, who is responsible to get the planning permission from council?
It depends from case to case, if planning permission is required we will be responsible for it and will advise once the site details and location are known to us.
